The Best of the Best award is based on insights from over 2.6 million data points, reflecting the experiences of nearly 8.6 million credit union members nationwide. The evaluation process uses key metrics such as:

Net Promoter Score (NPS) – Measures how likely members are to recommend ICCU to others.
Member Effort Score (MES) – Evaluates how easy it is for members to complete transactions and receive service.

Only the top 25% of credit unions in various categories receive this honor, making this recognition a significant achievement for ICCU.
