Personal Achievement Award – Kristi Butler

The Personal Achievement Award recognizes an ICCU employee who has made significant strides in personal and professional development.

Our 2024 winner, Kristi Butler, exemplifies dedication and perseverance. Always proactive with training and learning opportunities, Kristi demonstrated exceptional grit and determination stepping into her role as Senior Member Service Representative. She has truly excelled and is making a tremendous impact.

Community Involvement Award – Megan Bell

The Community Involvement Award recognizes an ICCU employee who has contributed to the positive future of our community through service and involvement, either through credit union initiatives or their own efforts. As an ICCU Brand Ambassador, Megan has shown an unwavering commitment to giving back.

She has been an active participant in numerous ICCU community initiatives over the past year, including:

  • Into the Light Cancer Walk

  • MPHS Concession Stand

  • Pie Sale

  • ICCU’s Play it Safe! Kids Fun and Safety Day

  • Blood Drives

  • Soup Kitchen Volunteering

  • Chamber of Commerce Golf Outing

  • Book Drive

  • Educational Mini Grants

Living It! iCARE Core Values Award – Kari Nicholas

This award celebrates an ICCU employee who consistently lives out our #iCARE Core Values – Integrity, Community, Adaptability, Respect, and Excellence – every day.

We’re delighted to announce that the 2024 Living It! #iCARE Core Values Award went to Kari Nicholas. Kari’s positive attitude, readiness to assist others, and exemplary conduct with colleagues and members make her a shining example of ICCU’s core values. Congratulations, Kari!

Employee of the Year – Nicole Mozurkewich

The Employee of the Year award is the highest honor, recognizing the team member who has made the most significant positive impact on the credit union.

Our 2024 recipient, Nicole Mozurkewich, has been a true force for positive change. Her contributions this year include:

  • Expertly administering our marketing programs, elevating the ICCU brand, and raising awareness.

  • Developing and launching innovative programs such as “Service Strong,” "Teacher Solutions Program," youth CDs, and our highly successful Brand Ambassadors program.

  • Consistently supporting staff and organizational goals.

Nicole is highly respected and well-liked by her colleagues across the credit union.
